Return And Refund Policy

Return Window & Eligibility

  • You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date for most items.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

Non-Returnable / Hygiene-Sensitive Items

  • For safety and hygiene reasons, certain opened personal care items (e.g., opened creams, balms, numbing creams, topical products) are non-returnable unless they are defective or wrong.
  • Clearance, custom-made, or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email service@omvariel.shop with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
  2. Our support team will provide a return authorization and instructions. Do not send returns without authorization; unauthorized returns may be refused.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it using a trackable method. Keep your return shipping receipt and tracking number.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item). In cases of defective or incorrect items, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Inspection & Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it. If the return meets our policy requirements, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5–14 business days. Timing may vary by payment provider.
  • If the item is not in a returnable condition (e.g., used, missing parts), we may deny the refund or issue a partial refund.

Exchanges & Replacements

  • We currently process exchanges as returns followed by a new order. If you need a replacement for a defective item, contact support and we will assist promptly.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • Report damaged or missing items within 7 days of the delivery date. Provide photos and order details so we can investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
