Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). During promotional periods or holidays, processing may take longer.

Shipping Options & Rates

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $40 (standard service).
  • Standard Shipping: $5 — estimated 5–8 business days after dispatch.
  • Express Shipping: $9 — estimated 2–4 business days after dispatch.

How Shipping Works

  • Once your order is processed and handed to the carrier, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
  • Delivery time estimates do not include processing time.

Shipping Destinations & Restrictions

  • We ship from Trondheim, Norway. Available destination countries are shown at checkout.
  • Some remote addresses, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, or certain regions may not be serviceable or may require special handling and additional fees. If you cannot select your country at checkout, contact us for assistance.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Omvariel is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
  • For shipments within the EU/EEA, VAT treatment will be applied according to applicable regulations and shown at checkout where relevant.

Delays & Force Majeure

  • Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, severe weather, carrier issues, strikes, or other events beyond our control. We will communicate known delays as promptly as possible.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and supporting photos (if damaged). We will work with the carrier to locate the package and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
